Strategies in getting everything you want.
1. Collect all pictures of what you want to accomplish in your life. Everyday sit and look over your pictures and 10-15mins sit with these images.
2. Take actions towards your goals everyday and set dates when you want to accomplish them.
3.If procrastination sets, combatting procrastination involves breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Set clear, achievable goals and create a schedule or to do list. Remove distraction, establish deadlines, and focus on the benefits of completing the task. Reward yourself for progress and consider finding an accountability partner. Remember, starting is often the hardest part, so take the first step, and momentum will follow.
If your procrastination is yourself doubt try to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Celebrate your small successes you have achieved. Be proud of yourself just by trying something new and accomplishing even the smallest steps. Take a look at your beliefs that might be hindering you on this amazing journey. Consider seeking a accountability partner to keep you on track, encouragement and perspective. Remember everyone faces doubts; what matters is taking steps forward despite them.
4. Write out every night your goals and dreams you want to bring in your life and let the universe help you with them. Expressing them to the universe with help bring it closer to accomplishing your dream.
5. Remember its going to be challenging to obtain your goals because the universe test us to see if we really want them so just understand that these challenges you are being tested.
6.Stay focus and consistent everyday towards your goals.
7. Get out and help others. This is very important the more you give back to the universe the you will get back.
8. Exercise and eat health to keep body good and mind fresh.
9. Make sure to balance your life with work and friends and family and have fun in life. Universe like to see you can balance life.
10. Take time to love yourself and pamper self. Doing something nice for yourself once a week that makes you happy.
11. Most important rule, Don’t complain or have a bad attitude. Also be kind with your words and action because what you say or do you will attract in your life so positive always.
